Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer payments and balance sales and receipts in line with company procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate advice to customers.
- Restock shelves and ensure the sales floor is organised according to merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular price audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments via the store’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Address customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 months’ experience at a point of sale or till point in a retail environment.
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of stock handling and merchandising processes.
- Understanding of payment procedures (cash, card, vouchers, etc.).
- Bilingual (preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English).
