The Segment Administrative Assistant Intern will be involved in a variety of support tasks, particularly those related to key accounts such as government departments and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute production reports for key accounts
  • Process vendor payments via SAP
  • Administer access permit applications for financial advisers
  • Improve and automate administrative processes to enhance efficiency
  • Capture and manage data relevant to key accounts
  • Conduct research to identify new key account opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

  • South African citizen, aged between 18–35
  • Currently unemployed
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant post-school qualification (e.g. degree or diploma)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and VLOOKUP functions
