Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a driven and customer-focused Salesperson 2IC to join the Russells team in Paarl, Western Cape. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting store management operations. The successful candidate will act as a second-in-charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable, ensuring efficient store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to achieve sales budgets and income targets.
- Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and customer service.
- Handle cash and credit administration processes in line with company policy.
- Provide high-quality service and advice to customers.
- Support branch management functions and stand in for the Branch Manager when required.
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Promote teamwork and positive work culture within the branch.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.

- Understanding of business policies and retail procedures.
- Product knowledge across multiple categories.
