Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sales activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and in-store presentation.
  • Manage cash and credit processes in line with company policies.
  • Support branch management and stand in for the Branch Manager when required.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Experience: 7–12 months of retail or sales experience (preferred).
  • Additional Knowledge:
    • Understanding of sales and prospecting processes.
    • Knowledge of business policies and retail procedures.
    • Product knowledge across multiple retail categories.
