Red Bull is recruiting Student Marketeers for Cape Town (2026 intake). The role forms part of Red Bull’s student brand and product ambassador programme, focused on building brand awareness and product understanding on campus and in the surrounding region, increasing trial, and supporting sales growth within the student community.

- Role Focus: Campus brand/product ambassador programme (student-level brand activation and sales support)
- Work Pattern: Flexible part-time, including evenings and weekends (as required)

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Red Bull in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Drive product sampling and trial at the right place and time, answering consumer questions and concerns.
- Build and execute a tailored campus plan to bring the brand to life at university.
- Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals and campus networks.
- Drive brand engagement on your social media handles through authentic content.
- Support Red Bull events and partner events to deliver a strong brand experience.
- Collaborate with sales to improve availability/visibility in outlets and open new distribution points (campus and beyond).
- Plan and report activities via the dedicated online platform accurately and on time.

- Excellent communication skills and an energetic, outgoing personality.
- Approachable and social, with the ability to relate to different people in various settings.
- Immersed in student life with strong knowledge of the campus, city, and local hotspots.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Passion for the Red Bull brand and comfort working “behind the scenes” at events where needed.
- Driver’s licence is preferred (and is asked during the application).
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be studying (application requires field and year of study, and institution).
- Must be available at least 3 days per week (including weekends) and able to work a minimum of 18 hours per week.
- Must be able to demonstrate English fluency (written and verbal).
- Must be legally authorised to work in the country where the role is located.
