Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in a BTech in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- A letter from the institution confirming the requirement for Work Integrated Learning (P1/P2)
- Aggregate academic pass rate of at least 65–70%
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist engineering teams with ongoing projects
- Participate in process improvements and optimization
- Conduct basic technical and operational tasks under supervision
- Support daily engineering and maintenance functions
- Prepare and update engineering documentation as required
