Learning Objectives
As an apprentice, you will:
- Learn on the job by working directly with machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Develop technical skills by understanding core engineering processes supporting daily factory operations
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment by collaborating with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve issues
- Engage with cutting-edge technology using the latest tools and methods in modern food production
- Grow with experts through mentorship and practical training from experienced engineers
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- N4 qualification is required
- N5 or higher will be an added advantage
Physical Requirements:
- Medically fit and capable of performing physical tasks essential to the role
