Premier FMCG is seeking a dedicated Operator: Slicing to join the Production team at its Blue Ribbon Aeroton site in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to all safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous operation of the production line in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain optimal capacity utilisation while upholding product quality and efficiency standards.
- Adhere to safe working practices and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Participate actively in Invocoms and production meetings.
- Implement and follow all housekeeping and hygiene protocols.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric.
- Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a factory environment (hot, noisy, and dusty).
