Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 12-month Sales Learnership programme
- Meet revenue and volume targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan
- Achieve 100% customer call rate and maintain a 90% strike rate
- Keep stales threshold below 0.5%
- Secure new business opportunities as outlined in the plan
- Effectively manage cash, stock, and route operations
- Drive continuous improvement using sales data and reports
- Ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of company equipment
- Adhere to company policies, including sales procedures and health and safety guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed 3-year tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
