What This Learnership is About:

The PepsiCo Sales Graduates Learnership offers a 12-month program for Sales graduates, providing them with practical workplace training and theoretical knowledge.

Participants will gain a deep understanding of marketing, brand management, sales skills, customer satisfaction, and compliance. It’s an opportunity to launch a successful career in the dynamic consumer goods industry.

Location and Mobility:

The Sales learnerships are available at different Distribution Centers (DCs) across the country.

Candidates should be willing to work at any of the following sites within their applicable region:

  • Inland Central: Heriotdale, Tswane, Robertville, Rustenburg, Vereeniging
  • EC: Port Elizabeth, East London, George
  • Inland East: Polokwane, Marble Hall, Tzaneen, Witbank, Ermelo, White River
  • WC: Parow, Worcester, Hermanus
  • KZN: Pinetown, Empangeni, Pietermaritzburg, Harrismith, Ladysmith
  • Inland West: Bloem, Kimberley, Potch, Welkom, Vryburg

Required Documents:

  • Valid certified copy of SA ID document
  • Valid code 8 or 10 Manual Drivers License
  • Ability to drive a crafter
  • Active bank account and SARS number
  • Certified copies of all certificates
  • 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing

Minimum Requirements:

  • No prior experience required
  • Willingness to relocate

If selected, you will embark on a 12-month learnership program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in sales.

  • Learners will complete a qualification and obtain 139 credits.
  • The program includes a structured learning experience, combining theoretical and practical workplace training.
  • Key areas of focus include marketing and brand management principles, sales and negotiation skills, promotion techniques, customer satisfaction optimization, handling customer complaints, working in a sales and marketing team, and compliance and legislative considerations.
