Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building, testing, and deploying marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Support data activation and customer segmentation efforts with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Contribute to campaign reporting and performance metric preparation
- Ensure accurate data input and maintenance across CRM systems
- Participate in testing customer journeys across digital platforms
- Maintain administrative documentation related to campaigns
- Collaborate with brand teams on digital marketing projects
- Participate in brainstorming and knowledge-sharing sessions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Must not have participated in any previous SETA-funded programme
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are advantageous
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Interest in email marketing, segmentation, and automation
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
- Adaptability, initiative, and eagerness to learn
