Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building, testing, and deploying marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support data activation and customer segmentation efforts with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and performance metric preparation
  • Ensure accurate data input and maintenance across CRM systems
  • Participate in testing customer journeys across digital platforms
  • Maintain administrative documentation related to campaigns
  • Collaborate with brand teams on digital marketing projects
  • Participate in brainstorming and knowledge-sharing sessions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Must not have participated in any previous SETA-funded programme
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are advantageous
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Interest in email marketing, segmentation, and automation
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
  • Adaptability, initiative, and eagerness to learn
