Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks in support of the Service Centre
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in SAP systems
  • Assist with stock control and safekeeping of inventory
  • Manage petty cash and related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and internal policies
  • Support effective self-management and contribute to team collaboration
  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service

Competencies & Skills

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP
  • Sound understanding of warehouse processes and JD Group policies
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

  • Numeracy and literacy proficiency

Eligibility Criteria

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
