Learning Objectives
- Customer service on the shop floor
- Marketing, merchandising, and visual display maintenance
- English and math fundamentals
- Transaction recording and point-of-sale (POS) processing
- Opening new customer accounts
- Stock control and loss prevention
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Matric (Senior Certificate or equivalent)
- South African citizen with no criminal record
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Customer-focused and eager to learn
- Fluent in English
- Adaptable and problem-solving mindset
