Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications we’re looking for:
Applicants must have a Degree, Diploma, or TVET qualification in one of the following:
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
- BCom Financial Management
- BSc / BCom Software Engineering
- IT Project Administration / Project Management
- IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
Ideal candidate traits:
- Fast learner with resilience and adaptability
- Strong initiative and decision-making skills
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
Programme Objectives:
- Hands-on work experience in a dynamic retail environment

Key responsibilities
- Attending induction programmes and functional meetings
- Executing duties under supervision and conducting relevant research
- Visiting stores and presenting findings
- Supporting business objectives with additional tasks as needed
