Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking passionate and motivated graduates to participate in a W&R SETA-funded internship programme. This structured work-integrated learning experience offers 12 months for degree/diploma graduates and 18 months for TVET learners. Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting the growth of JD Group.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have completed one of the following qualifications:
- Marketing Management
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
- Digital Marketing
- IT Project Administration / Project Management
- IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
Additional Criteria
- South African citizen with a valid SA ID
- Unemployed and under the age of 32
- Graduates from accredited TVET Colleges or Higher Education Institutions
- Must be available for the full duration of the programme
Key Responsibilities
- Attend onboarding and induction sessions
- Support senior employees with day-to-day tasks and business objectives
- Conduct research and assist with documentation and presentation of trends or best practices
- Rotate through various store locations for practical exposure
- Participate in evaluations based on project presentations
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
