Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle money
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Practical experience in financial and administrative roles
- SAP experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of company policies, practices, and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and fraud detection skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process transactions and manage cash-ups accurately
- Perform administrative duties
- Maintain security and safety standards
- Operate reception and switchboard functions
- Stay updated with product knowledge
- Handle stock receiving and dispatching
- Ensure proper merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets
