This program provides them with a chance to gain new knowledge and skills, work experience and earn a stipend.

If interested, you must meet certain requirements to be considered for any placement opportunity. These requirements include:
- Living with a physical disability
- Being unemployed
- Age ranging from 18 to 27 years
- Having NSC (Matric) or equivalent
- Having no criminal record
- Residing in the city where the program will be held ( Johannesburg)
- Having an active bank account
- Being registered with SARS and having a tax number

If all requirements are met, ORT SA encourages completing the application process.
Once completed, applicants will be added to the waiting list. If a placement opportunity arises, the ORT SA team will contact them.
