Key Responsibilities
- Market Old Mutual products to new and existing clients telephonically, aligned to client needs and financial goals.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and maintain superior service delivery standards.
- Manage time and tasks effectively to meet sales and service targets.
- Identify sales opportunities through consultative selling, probing questions, and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM and related systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric / Grade 12.
- 6–12 months outbound call centre sales experience or retail sales experience.
- Previous financial services experience (desirable).
- Clear credit and criminal records (required).
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
