Key Responsibilities

Sales Agents are responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining their own client base
  • Marketing and selling Old Mutual products
  • Contributing to the financial wellbeing of their community

Eligibility Criteria

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • 6–12 months of sales or retail experience (advantageous, not essential)
  • Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Strong sales drive and goal orientation
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation
