Key Responsibilities
Sales Agents are responsible for:
- Building and maintaining their own client base
- Marketing and selling Old Mutual products
- Contributing to the financial wellbeing of their community
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Clear credit and criminal record
- 6–12 months of sales or retail experience (advantageous, not essential)
- Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- Strong sales drive and goal orientation
- High attention to detail and self-motivation
