OK Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join its administrative team in Kimberley, Free State. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining an accurate stock ledger, managing stock movements, and ensuring optimal in-stock levels within a fast-paced retail furniture environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve issues related to maintaining an accurate stock ledger.
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and timeously.
- Capture all service department production on Blue Cube.
- Maintain in-stock status at all times.
- Perform daily management receiving checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (retail or furniture environment preferred).
- Knowledge of retail furniture operations (6–12 months desirable).
- Additional qualifications such as Admin and Sales Management training, Trainee Manager Training, or a Cost Control Diploma are advantageous.
