OK Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join their Admin team in a fast-paced furniture retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the stock ledger at store level and ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately and timeously.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate stock ledger by identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately and promptly accounted for
- Capture all service department production on Blue Cube
- Maintain consistent in-stock status
- Conduct and verify daily management receiving checks
Eligibility Criteria
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or furniture
Desirable Qualifications and Training
- Admin and Sales Management training
- Trainee Manager training
- Diploma in Cost Control
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- 6–12 months of experience in retail furniture operations
- Familiarity with Blue Cube or similar stock systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
