This learnership program aims to give unemployed youth an opportunity to enter the working world and give them the much needed exposure in a general field.

This benefits candidates where they can gain relevant work experience, exposure to the work environment, and the ability to learn and gain much needed employable skills.

Requirements

Please make sure you meet ALL of the following minimum entrance requirements before submitting your application because if you don’t, your application will be rejected:

• Assessments are required for selection purposes.
• Only those candidates who are not currently employed will be considered
• A Grade 12 certificate
• Graduates will also be considered
• Computer Applications Technology as subject on secondary school level
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be customer-oriented
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driven to achieve excellence in line with NWK’s objectives
• Must be reliable and responsible
