Novus is recruiting a Human Resources Intern for a 12-month, temporary in-service training/work exposure opportunity. The internship supports the HR team with core administration, recruitment support, onboarding, reporting, compliance, and general HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities (screening, selection support, assessments, placement coordination).
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
- Compile HR reports and support HR administration (contracts, filing, records).
- Provide support on governance, compliance, and general labour relations administration (including minute-taking).
- Assist with training and development processes.
- Support with HR system-related queries.

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage time effectively.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a relevant tertiary qualification (HR or related).
