Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and promote Nedbank’s products and values.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and SMS to resolve queries and offer solutions.
- Support sales, service, and collections functions within the contact centre.
- Maintain client satisfaction through efficient and empathetic communication.
- Participate in team discussions, training, and performance initiatives.
- Uphold Nedbank’s values of integrity, respect, accountability, and client focus.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 29 years (born between November 1995 and November 2007).
- Citizenship: South African-born African, Coloured, or Indian applicants (as defined by BBBEE Act).
- Education: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Experience: No prior YES programme participation; currently unemployed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and English proficiency (additional South African languages advantageous).
- Location: Must reside within a 30–35 km radius of Umhlanga.
