Key Responsibilities
- Support production teams across unit operations for plasma-derived medicinal products.
- Perform equipment preparation and basic maintenance; assist with sampling and in-process quality checks.
- Complete documentation in line with SOPs; follow cleanroom and safety protocols.
- Adhere to SHE requirements (mandatory training, PPE usage, compliance with site rules).
- Work rostered shifts (12-hour or 8-hour patterns), including evenings, weekends, and public holidays; overtime as needed.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen, 18–34 years old; currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
- Matric (Grade 12) with at least a D in English, Mathematics, Science, and Biology.
- No more than 2 years of work experience and no prior YES participation.
- PAT Basic/Post-Basic (advantageous) or tertiary studies in Engineering/Life Sciences (advantageous).
- Medically fit; willing to work shifts and use required PPE due to hazardous/biologically active chemicals.
