Key Responsibilities

  • Capture supplier and customer invoices, as well as bank transactions.
  • Assist with basic bank reconciliations and flag discrepancies.
  • Support preparation of VAT returns and payroll under guidance.
  • Collect client documents and assist with preparing simple tax returns.
  • Upload trial balances and assist with basic financial statements.
  • Support stock counts, reconciliations, and general accounting administration.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) (minimum requirement).
  • Studying toward a BCom Accounting degree is advantageous.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Willingness to learn and use accounting software.
