Role Purpose

The Learnership Programme, running from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025, provides a chance to develop skills and gain specific experience in Short-term Insurance.

Successful graduates will walk away with a formal National Certificate in Short-term Insurance (NQF level 4).

Requirements

To be eligible, you need to:

• Be aged between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2023).
• Attach a copy of your ID to your application.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Have passed Matric (50% or above for English, and Maths is beneficial).
• Attach a copy of your Matric certificate to your application.
• Be computer literate.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Not be studying at any other institution.
• Not be registered for any other learnership.
• Have a passion for learning and the business.
• Have a clear criminal and credit record.

Note: Applications without Matric (or Prelim results) and ID copies will not be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be part of a rotational programme within various departments in Momentum Insure.
