Key Responsibilities
- Complete all theoretical learning components and required assessments.
- Timeously complete all administrative and reporting duties related to the role.
- Collate, compile, and distribute documents to required standards within set timeframes.
- Attend to queries professionally to ensure an excellent client experience and meet service level standards.
- Screen and route queries to the relevant stakeholders and support resolution of client queries.
- Maintain office housekeeping standards aligned to workplace expectations.
Attributes Required
- Strong attention to detail, with good planning and time management.
- Numerical reasoning and basic analytical capability.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building ability.
- Computer literacy and comfort working with administrative processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification.
- Aged between 18 and 35.
- South African citizen by birth.
- Unemployed.
- Belonging to a previously disadvantaged group.
