Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including publishing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-employment checks.
• Assist in managing candidate data, documentation, and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR systems and processes advantageous.
