The MiWay Learnership Programme
The MiWay Learnership Programme is an entry-level initiative designed to create a sustainable pool of talented individuals.
They’ll help us meet our business objectives while addressing the skills gap in the financial services sector.
Learners who successfully complete the programme, which includes practical knowledge transfer, structured work experience, and accredited training, will earn a qualification.
Plus, they’ll be eligible to apply for professional membership of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA).
Programme Requirements
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum pass mark of 50% for English and a Second Language.
- A minimum pass mark of 40% for Mathematics or a minimum pass mark of 60% for Mathematics Literacy.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Currently unemployed.
- Aged between 18 and 35.
- Not have more than 1 year of work experience.
- For applicants with disabilities, a medical note confirming the nature of the disability is required.
- Not be studying with any other institution while on the Learnership.
- Not have previously been on a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA.

Turnaround Time
