Duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Assistance: Welcome customers and answer their questions.
- Invoicing: Create and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and quantities.
- Payment Processing: Accept payments and provide receipts to customers.
- Credit Control: Handle credit card transactions and follow standard procedures.
- Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries related to invoices, statements, credit notes, and proof of payments.
- Refunds: Assist customers in obtaining EFT refunds.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls to the Accounts department.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide support with various administrative duties.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and organized.
Desired Experience & Qualification
To be eligible for this learnership, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- ERP System: Experience with an ERP system, such as SAP B1, is advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT/ICT industry is a plus.
- Education: Grade 12/Matric Certificate (Mandatory) and any relevant Finance Qualification.
