Requirements
To seize this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification.
- Age: Aged between 18 and 35.
- Citizenship: South African citizen by birth.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
- Empowerment: Belonging to a previously disadvantaged group.
- Inclusivity: People living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
As a learner in this programme, you will be expected to:
- Successfully complete all theoretical learning assessments.
- Timely fulfill administrative and reporting responsibilities associated with the role.
- Efficiently gather, organize, and distribute documents within defined timeframes.
- Handle queries professionally to ensure excellent client experiences and meet service level agreements.
- Screen and route received queries to the appropriate stakeholders and assist in resolving client issues.
- Maintain the prescribed office housekeeping standards.
- Report any faults or errors on applications to the Line Manager.
