Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer enquiries related to products, services, and store policies.
  • Provide information on current promotions and front shop offerings.
  • Assist with exchanges and refunds in line with store policies.
  • Promote loyalty programmes and assist customers with registration.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the training of new employees on customer service procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (pharmacy experience is advantageous).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
