Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries related to products, services, and store policies.
- Provide information on current promotions and front shop offerings.
- Assist with exchanges and refunds in line with store policies.
- Promote loyalty programmes and assist customers with registration.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the training of new employees on customer service procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (pharmacy experience is advantageous).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
