Markham, part of TFG’s menswear division, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Specialist Sales Associate (VAS) to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. This role requires a strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing personalized product recommendations.
  • Actively track performance against store objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of current fashion trends and product updates.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Replenish and organize stock to ensure optimal store readiness.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Support colleagues to maintain an efficient, customer-centric retail environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
  • Experience: Prior retail or fashion sales experience preferred.

  • Behavioural Competencies: Adheres to standards, takes initiative, demonstrates resilience, and drives continuous improvement.
