Key Responsibilities
Participants will be placed in various business functions where they will take on support roles. These roles are intended to provide practical work experience and insight into daily operations within a global logistics environment.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Ages 18–30
- Not permanently employed
- Not previously enrolled in a YES Learnership
- No more than 2 years of work experience
- Strong communication and computer literacy
- Commitment to the full 12-month programme
- Tertiary qualifications are an advantage
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in teams
