KFC Rohloff Group is seeking a dependable and hands-on General Maintenance Worker to join the team in Somerset West, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general repairs, routine maintenance, and ensuring that store facilities remain safe, clean, and fully functional. This role plays a key part in supporting restaurant operations by maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily facility inspections, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, lighting, and electrical fixtures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store management.
- Maintain cleanliness of non-food preparation areas and outdoor spaces.
- Monitor and maintain tools, materials, and supplies inventory.
- Support store operations by ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Previous maintenance experience, preferably in retail or food service.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Experience as an artisan painter, carpenter, or tiler will be advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
- Must be based in the Helderberg (Somerset West) area.
