Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store and provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Maintain product knowledge across Apple devices, accessories, and services.
• Ensure a professional and engaging customer experience aligned with iStore’s standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure operational efficiency and product availability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Completed Matric / National Senior Certificate (essential).

• Additional Requirements:
  • Strong interest and knowledge of Apple products.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks, including criminal, credit, and reference verification.
