Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales opportunities in the iStore through proactive customer engagement.
- Provide customers with hands-on demonstrations of Apple technology and services.
- Approach customers to understand needs and recommend suitable Apple products and solutions.
- Create memorable customer experiences through service excellence and product knowledge.
- Work effectively as part of a team to support store performance and customer satisfaction.
