On the retail side, you can purchase Homechoice’s home products online as well as at physical showrooms. The financial services department offers people the opportunity to purchase products by offering loans and insurance plans.
They have seen a growing demand for this service in the retail industry and so have decided to offer it as a Homecare service.
About the Homecare Learnership Programme:
The Homecare Learnership Programme will be giving the learner both theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as the skills to become a professional employee in the Contact Centre.
Throughout the learnership, the learner will be educated and supported by experts in the industry. The learner will be able to experience the culture of Homechoice by having access to their café and lounge area, staff restaurant, as well as the Homechoice’s overall employee support system.
This is an intrinsic part of their culture. The Learnership Programme is offering a NQF Level 3 and Level 4 Qualification. There are no differences in the requirements listed below.
Duration: The learnership will be 12 months long
Qualification: You will achieve a National Certificate in Contact Centre and Business Practices Support NQF Level 3 and 4
Eligibility Requirements:
- Matric qualification, with subjects of Maths/Maths Literacy, and English as a first or second Language (certified copy of the qualification not older than 3 months)
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
- Unemployed
- Below the age of 35 years
- No work experience is required
