Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience as a brand ambassador.
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend suitable homeware, décor, and lifestyle products.
- Drive sales by tracking performance, spotting opportunities, and working towards targets.
- Maintain store standards by ensuring stock is replenished, organised, and visually well presented.
- Support a fast-paced retail environment through teamwork, initiative, and consistent service delivery.

- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused with a natural selling approach.
- Strong sense of style and interest in homeware and lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Matric certificate.
- Previous retail sales experience.
- Hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
- Able to handle customer challenges professionally while driving sales.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
