Pepkor Lifestyle is recruiting a Salesperson for HiFi Corp at Trade Route Mall (Lenasia, Gauteng). This is a permanent, entry-level role focused on driving sales performance through excellent customer service, product recommendations, effective merchandising, and accurate cash/credit administration in line with company policy. Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate sales and meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales budget/targets and income objectives.
- Attract and retain customers through merchandising and store presentation.
- Action cash and credit processes/administration in line with policy.
- Deliver customer-centric service and build strong customer relationships.
Attributes Required
- Sales-driven with strong self-motivation and initiative.
- Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-focused with the ability to follow procedures and business policies.
- Confident, resilient, and able to work under target-driven pressure.
- Strong interest in product knowledge across categories and sales/prospecting processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 7–12 months sales experience (preferably in retail).
- Must meet EE eligibility requirements (as the role is only open to EE candidates).
