FSCA Learnership Programme 2023/24 in Pretoria
Are you an unemployed South African citizen with a Grade 12 qualification? The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is offering a year-long learnership programme to develop your professional skills in the learning and development field.
Successful applicants will be offered a non-renewable contract for the duration of the programme.
Requirements:
- South African citizenship with a valid ID
- No prior work experience
- A strong desire to work in the financial services sector
Roll Out Plan:
- The FSCA’s Learning and Development function in the Human Resources Department will be responsible for the programme.
- Successful applicants will be equipped with essential professional skills over one year.
- The FSCA seeks to increase the representation of marginalized groups in line with its Employment Equity Plan. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply and must declare it on their applications.
