Key Responsibilities

  • Gain retail work experience in a dynamic store environment.
  • Support store teams with daily sales, merchandising, and customer service tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences aligned with brand values.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards and stock presentation.
  • Contribute to sales performance and team objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • South African citizen aged 18–28 years.
  • Minimum Grade 10 qualification (Matric preferred).
  • Must be available to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract.
  • Should not have been permanently employed with one employer for longer than 1 year.
  • Must not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2025 – March 2026).
  • Should not have previously participated in the YES programme.
  • Transport and accommodation are the responsibility of the applicant.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
