Key Responsibilities

• Scan all items accurately at the checkout
• Ensure full payment is received for every purchase
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries related to their purchases
• Maintain a neat and organised checkout area as per store standards
• Follow all company procedures and policies to guarantee a smooth transaction process

Eligibility & Requirements

• Educational Requirement:
  • Matric NSC Pass
  • Minimum of 60% in Mathematical Literacy OR at least 50% in Mathematics
  • Applicants who did not take Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy in matric will not meet the minimum requirements
• Additional Requirements:
  • A certified copy of both your matric certificate and South African ID must be included with your CV
  • Clear criminal record
  • No drug use
• Other Attributes:
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
