Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Support effective merchandising presentation and replenishment
- Maintain housekeeping and store cleanliness standards
- Follow store administration procedures for stock, mark-downs, and lay-byes
- Protect company assets including stock, cash, property, staff, and customers
- Apply company policies and procedures consistently
