Key Purpose of the Role:
This learnership opens doors to a nationally recognized NC: Short Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification.
It combines structured learning with practical experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry, setting you up for a successful career in this field.
Areas of Responsibility:
During the learnership, you will gain exposure to various aspects of the Short-Term Insurance business, including client and broker servicing, claims handling, retentions, procurement, business development, and compliance.

Education and Experience:

- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Minimum Level 4 in Maths and English (50%)
- Minimum Level 5 in Maths Literacy (60%)
- Minimum Level 4 in a second language (50%)
- Incomplete tertiary studies could be advantageous
Specific Requirements:

- Not currently enrolled in post-Matric studies or formal employment
- No prior completion of any other learnership
- Age between 18 and 25 years
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Basic computer skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Outlook
