Key Purpose of the Role:
This learnership program focuses on attaining a nationally recognized FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification.

Areas of Responsibility:
As a learner in the Long Term Insurance learnership, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Long Term Insurance – Discovery Health:
- Engaging with clients in the Medical Aid Call Centre.
- Assisting with claims processing.
- Managing new business inquiries.
- Handling health benefits administration.

Education and Experience:

- An incomplete tertiary qualification is advantageous.
To be eligible for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Not currently engaged in post-matric studies or formal employment.
- No previous completion of a learnership.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
