Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learning and workplace training toward the FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Support call centre functions, including medical aid servicing, claims assistance, new business processing, and health benefits administration.
- Contribute to maintaining service quality and ensuring accurate administrative processing.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Minimum entry requirements:
- Maths Level 4 (50%)
- English Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy Level 5 (60%)
- Second Language Level 4 (50%)
- Incomplete tertiary qualification is an advantage.
- Not currently studying or formally employed.
- No previous learnership completed.
- Aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
- Open to People Living with Disabilities, in line with Discovery’s Employment Equity Plan.
