Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learning and practical workplace training in the financial services industry.
- Provide client service support in areas such as medical aid servicing, claims processing, new business, and health benefits administration.
- Assist in administrative and operational functions within the service team.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with minimum requirements:
- Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)
- English: Level 4 (50%)
- Mathematical Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
- Second language: Level 4 (50%)
- Incomplete tertiary qualification (advantageous).

- South African citizen aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Not currently employed or studying.
- Must not have completed any previous learnership.
