Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured learning and practical workplace training in the financial services industry.
  • Provide client service support in areas such as medical aid servicing, claims processing, new business, and health benefits administration.
  • Assist in administrative and operational functions within the service team.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    • Grade 12 (Matric) with minimum requirements:
      • Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)
      • English: Level 4 (50%)
      • Mathematical Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
      • Second language: Level 4 (50%)
    • Incomplete tertiary qualification (advantageous).
  • Requirements:
    • South African citizen aged between 18 and 25 years.
    • Not currently employed or studying.
    • Must not have completed any previous learnership.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
