Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to direct clients and financial advisors.
  • Assist with policy updates, premium collections, and beneficiary details.
  • Support financial advisors with product information and procedures.
  • Handle credit control queries, including statements and payment arrangements.
  • Manage and dispatch daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Address and escalate client complaints where necessary.

Attributes Required

  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
  • High level of accountability and ownership.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Completed Matric (Grade 12).
  • Customer service experience (advantageous).
  • Post-matric qualification (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
